I had three different roofing companies tell me they would out to do my roof within a week, but they never showed up and never returned my calls. It was so relieving to not only have them show up, but to also be on time, professional, in great communication with us the entire process, and most importantly, to complete the job! Joe Z Construction was so great to work with. Very quick to supply me with an estimate and also quick to respond to any inquiry. They performed a huge gutter replacement job which consisted of removing rotted wood gutters and rotted fascia boards, replacing all rotted fascia and installing new aluminum gutters. They also replaced a rubber roof on my sunporch. They did the job in a timely matter and did a great job. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company. My house has been my pride and joy for many years while being renovated. I have put a lot of time and effort into renovating it to make it just the way I wanted it. The final and biggest step was the exterior siding, so I was very selective with the company that I chose to finish my dream. Every interaction from in person, call, text, and email was prompt and professional. They met the delivery driver for supplies at the house to make sure everything was delivered. They cleaned up like they were never there! Would recommend to anyone I know.
